- 1 cup Arugula
- 1/2 cup Kale baby
- 1/2 cup Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup Red onion diced small
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds unsalted
Instructions
- Wash all veggies.1 cup Arugula1/2 cup Kale1/2 cup Cucumber1/2 cup Red bell pepper1/4 cup Red onion
- Add arugula to bowl.1 cup Arugula
- Chop kale, cucumber, red bell pepper and red onion1/2 cup Kale1/2 cup Cucumber1/2 cup Red bell pepper1/4 cup Red onion
- Add veggies and pumpkin seeds to bowl.1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
- Add your favorite low sodium dressing and enjoy!
