  • 1 Bulb of garlic

Ingredients 

  • 1 Garlic bulb
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut off the top of the garlic bulb so that the tops the cloves are showing slightly.
    1 Garlic bulb
  • Rub the olive oil on the exposed garlic bits and wrap securely in tin foil. Roast garlic in oven for 1 hour. Let cool.
