Ingredients 

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • ½ cup Almond milk Or plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • ¼ cup Berries Nutrition for this recipe is based on Raspberries

Instructions

  • Pour seeds, milk, and honey into a jar and mix well. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then mix again very well until you see no clumping.
  • Cover the jar and store it in the fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours. When ready to eat it, top it with raspberries (or your favorite berry) and enjoy!
