- 1/4 cup Red onion diced small
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds unsalted
Wash all veggies.
1 cup Arugula, 1/2 cup Kale, 1/2 cup Cucumber, 1/2 cup Red bell pepper, 1/4 cup Red onion
Add arugula to bowl.

Chop kale, cucumber, red bell pepper and red onion

Add veggies and pumpkin seeds to bowl.
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Add your favorite low sodium dressing and enjoy!
