- Ground Turmeric1/2 Teaspoons
- Honey1/2 Teaspoons
- Juice of Lemon1/2
- Ground Cinnamon1/4 Teaspoons
- Ground Ginger1/4 Teaspoons
- Water or Milk1 Cups

1: In a small pot or sauce pan, bring the water or milk just about to a simmer.
2: Add all your ingredients and stir to combine.
3: Remove pot or pan from hear and cover with a lid.
4: Let mixture steam with the cover on for about 10 minutes.
5: Remove lid and drink at desired temperature.
If left alone too long, the ingredients will settle at the bottom of your cup/mug. Make sure to stir your beverage every so often so the mixture doesn't settle at the bottom.
